My raw vegan ice cream, that’s made from sprouted cashews, is going to blow your mind! It’s so simple and delicious, you won’t even notice a difference from the real stuff.

Raw Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

Yield - 4 Quarts

2 1/2 C. - Cashews (Sprouted for 4-12 hours)

3 1/2 C. - Water

1 C. - Maple Syrup

3 Tbsp. - Agave

3 Tbsp. - Dark Cacao

2 tsp. - Vanilla

1. Blend the cashews and water until it reaches a smooth consistency.

2. Add the maple syrup, agave, vanilla, and cacao and blend until well mixed.

3. Transfer the creamy liquid into a plastic container with a lid and allow to freeze for 12 hours. Remove the ice cream from the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.

No need for fancy ice cream makers or egg mixtures, my simple raw vegan ice cream will seriously blow your mind. Try it!
